'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' originated from a singular ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our little pizzeria was a humble family-oriented venture, grounded in recipes passed from one generation to the next.
Our founder, Marco Bianchi, honed her pizza-crafting skills across Italy, learning from the esteemed pizzaiolos of Naples — the cradle of pizza. After her sojourn in Italy, her mission was to recreate the enchanting flavors of classic Italian pizza, employing age-old techniques and supreme quality components.
From an initial modest 12-seater venue, we've expanded into a cherished community staple, while our dedication to premium quality and genuine practices has stood firm. We continue to employ traditional wood-fired ovens, ensure our dough is freshly made every day, and select only the top-tier ingredients available.
Even today, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is a family-operated business, with the next of the Bianchi lineage at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic crew. We've welcomed certain contemporary updates, yet the soul of our enterprise has always been centered around crafting luscious, traditional pizza that unites folks together.
